Garage Conversions

Whilst we can design and submit plans on your behalf, you may not even require planning permission as in many cases garages can be converted under Permitted Development.

Goose Garage

This was the largest detached garage we have been involved in, with many quirky parts to the build. The main Garage had a double area for large vehicles to park, a internal store room and above there was a playroom with pool table and TV area. Externally the garage benefited from a rear log store and side potting shed attached to the garage. The garage was constructed from reclaimed clamp bricks left at the property from a previous demolished garage. These bricks where used in with block-work and render to produce a stunning building.

Clint Bank

This project was probably the most changed of all our builds having started life as a very tired bungalow with stunning views over the valley. We removed the roof and took the existing brickwork down to the top of the ground floor windows before starting the new works. The completed house now stands as a two-storey property with a stunning glazed panel that runs through the front of the property from the front door right up into the roof. As the house stands on a slopping site the garage is below the main property and there is a balcony leading off from the main kitchen, living room, and accessed by a series of bi-fold doors.
